Beginning therapy and finding the right fit can feel both intimidating and empowering. Everyone’s path to healing and growth looks different, and at times we all need support—whether we’re trying to manage anxiety, recover from past experiences, navigate life transitions, or simply understand ourselves more deeply. Therapy can be a meaningful space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move toward the life you want to live.
My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively alongside you as you pursue your goals. I strive to provide a grounded, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, mood dysregulation, and the lasting effects of traumatic or adverse childhood experiences. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, hypervigilance, avoidance, or emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, process trauma safely, and cultivate greater self-compassion and resilience.
I also support individuals navigating major life transitions, work-related stress, relationship challenges, insomnia, and burnout. When appropriate, I incorporate DBT-informed skills to help clients develop distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and effective interpersonal strategies.
Background
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and my master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. I have experience working in private practice and university settings, as well as several years supporting children across developmental and school environments. This background informs my work with adults by deepening my understanding of how early experiences can shape emotional patterns, relationships, and self-perception later in life. I also offer parent guidance when working with children and adolescents.

Rates: 160 for 50 minute sessions
The above rate is the full fee this therapist charges for a standard 50 minute session. However, we do not want cost to be prohibitive of people getting the help they need. All of our therapists provide a portion of their services for a reduced fee to help those who can benefit from psychotherapy but might not be able to afford their full fee.
