My Approach

My therapeutic approach emphasizes an appreciation for the complexity and uniqueness of each person I work with. I provide a safe space for us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions so that you can more fully understand yourself and find direction on how and where to grow.

I look at mental health and well-being from an integrative perspective. People are best understood, and change is best maintained, by taking into account all aspects of a person including physical health, genetic influences, cultural identities, and past experiences. Using my professional experience and training, I will collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or you are ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
