DANIEL KATZ, PSY. D

Psychologist & Founder of Houston Therapy

My therapeutic approach can be described as one that emphasizes an appreciation for the complexity and uniqueness of all of my clients. I provide a safe space for us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions so that you can more fully understand yourself and obtain direction on how and where to grow.

Using my professional experience and training I will collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs. I look at mental health and well-being from an integrative perspective. People are best understood, and change is best maintained by taking into account all aspects of a person including physical health, genetic influences, cultural identities, and past experiences.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Please contact me for an individual consultation today.

The above rate is the full fee this therapist charges for a standard 50 minute session. However, we do not want cost to be prohibitive of people getting the help they need. All of our therapists provide a portion of their services for a reduced fee to help those who can benefit from psychotherapy but might not be able to afford their full fee.
