Important Boundaries
Houston Therapy Practice Suites provides office-support infrastructure only.
Members are independent healthcare providers or separate healthcare practices. They are not employees, contractors, agents, clinical representatives, or members of the Houston Therapy clinical team unless explicitly listed on the Houston Therapy website as Houston Therapy clinicians.

Malpractice coverage
Patient care
Documentation
Records
Billing
Scheduling
Prescribing
Emergency planning
Required notices and consent forms
HIPAA compliance
Mandated reporting
Professional ethics

Address Use, Credentialing, DEA, and Google Business Profile
Use of the Houston Therapy Practice Suites address for payer enrollment, credentialing, NPI records, licensing, DEA registration, Google Business Profile, directories, or other regulatory purposes requires written approval in advance.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Members are responsible for confirming whether use of the address is appropriate for their specific licensing, credentialing, payer, regulatory, prescribing, and business needs.
Houston Therapy Practice Suites does not guarantee that the address will be accepted by any payer, licensing board, regulatory agency, directory, bank, search platform, or credentialing body.
Patient Visits
Patients may only come to the office for scheduled appointments with their own clinician.
Houston Therapy does not schedule, triage, treat, or provide emergency support for patients of independent member clinicians or practices.
No walk-in services are available.
