Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Houston Therapy | Houston, TX

$17–$24/hr depending on experience | 20–25 hrs/week | Hybrid

Houston Therapy is a growing private-pay group practice offering individual, couples, and family psychotherapy.

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and tech-savvy administrative coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Client intake calls
Answer inbound calls, gather relevant information, and thoughtfully match clients with the right therapist

• CRM management
Maintain accurate client and referral records

• Payroll processing
Run payroll with accuracy and confidentiality

• Communications
Manage email and coordinate secure fax transmissions

• Website updates
Make routine content updates

• Social media support
Assist with scheduling posts and drafting captions

• In-office support
Handle mail, printing, and maintain the waiting room

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, professional phone presence
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic tech
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Healthcare or therapy experience is a plus (not required)

Psychologist

Houston Therapy is seeking a qualified psychologist with a passion for psychotherapy and psychological assessments. We are a group private practice focused on psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological assessment. We are a small collaborative team of dedicated, compassionate, like-minded clinicians. We have a strong assessment department and are looking to gain someone who can provide psychological evaluations and administer psychotherapy. Candidate must be driven, independent, collaborative, and able to connect with our positive-minded group of clinicians. The practice is broadly psychodynamic and we welcome all niches, modalities, and theoretical orientations. We are a private pay, fee-for-service practice. Compensation is a percentage based on income received.

Requirements are:

Current State of Texas license as a psychologist, or postdoc.
Doctoral Degree
Competent at administering, interpreting, and writing psychological evaluations. (child and teen experience is a plus)
Experience providing feedback about psychological assessment results to children, families, and adults.
Individual psychotherapy experience (family experience a plus)
Private practice experience a plus
