Group therapy can be incredibly effective, and a powerful way to learn about yourself and work on how you interact with others. People are often able to learn and grow from each other's experience. We facilitate many counseling groups with a variety of topics and populations.

Group therapy is a highly effective form of collaborative therapy. In essence, group therapy consists of 4-8 people and at least one trained therapist. Therapy groups can be a powerful modality that can jump start or speed up personal growth.
